1. Who we are

Vaxyro provides a WhatsApp AI chatbot and lead-management dashboard for real estate agents and agencies in India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, reach us at hello@vaxyro.tech.

2. Information we collect

We collect two broad categories of data:

  • Agent/agency account data — name, business name, email, phone number, and business details you provide when you sign up or complete onboarding.
  • Lead conversation data — messages exchanged between your WhatsApp Business number and buyers who message you, including any budget, location, or timeline details a lead shares during the conversation. This data belongs to you, the agent — we process it on your behalf to run the chatbot and populate your dashboard.

3. How we use information

  • To operate the chatbot — replying to leads, capturing details, and saving conversations to your dashboard.
  • To connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • To send you service-related communication, such as setup updates or account notices.
  • To improve Vaxyro's product based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not sell your data, or your leads' data, to third parties.

4. WhatsApp & Meta

Vaxyro connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Messages sent and received through your connected number are also subject to WhatsApp's own Business Messaging Policy. Vaxyro does not use WhatsApp conversation data for advertising, and does not request or store sensitive personal data (such as health information) as part of normal chatbot operation.

5. Data storage & security

Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Access tokens used to connect your WhatsApp number are stored server-side only and are never exposed to a browser. We use row-level security so that one agency's leads and conversations are never visible to another.

6. Your choices

You can request a copy of your account data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing hello@vaxyro.tech. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Vaxyro grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
