Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of Vaxyro — a WhatsApp AI chatbot and lead-management dashboard for real estate agents and agencies ("Vaxyro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp Business number, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions can be sent to hello@vaxyro.tech.

2. What Vaxyro does

Vaxyro connects to your WhatsApp Business number (via Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform) to automatically reply to property enquiries, ask qualifying questions, and save lead details to your dashboard. You remain in control of your WhatsApp Business account at all times and can disconnect it or take over any conversation directly.

3. Your account and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when signing up, including your real business/agency name.
• You're responsible for the content of automated replies sent under your connected WhatsApp number, and for reviewing your configured templates before going live.
• You must comply with WhatsApp's own Business Messaging Policy for any messages sent through your connected number, in addition to these terms.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Early access & waitlist

Vaxyro is currently in an early-access phase. Some accounts are onboarded manually by our team while self-serve WhatsApp connection completes rollout. Features, pricing, and the free-tier conversation limit described on our pricing page may change as the product develops; we'll communicate material changes to active users directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vaxyro to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam to people who haven't messaged you first, outside what WhatsApp's own policies permit.
• Collect or request sensitive personal data (health information, financial account details, government ID numbers) through the chatbot.
• Misrepresent a property, price, or availability in an automated reply.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without our written agreement.

6. Data & privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how it's used. In short: conversation and lead data captured through your connected WhatsApp number belongs to you, and we process it on your behalf to run the service — we don't sell it.

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during early access. Vaxyro also depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform being available; outages on Meta's side are outside our control.

8. Termination

You can stop using Vaxyro and disconnect your WhatsApp number at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy, or Meta's platform policies, including to protect other users of the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

Vaxyro is provided "as is" during this early-access period. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost leads or missed messages due to service interruptions.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Vaxyro develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and will flag material changes to active users.
